To do this, mix one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a half cup of water. You can place that mixture in a spray container or just a regular container. Apply that mixture to your hair and wrap your head in a towel. You let that sit for 20 minuets to an hour; continue with your regular shower with massaging shampoo thoroughly through your scalp. Don’t overdo it as acid can damage your scalp or hair; just do this twice or three times in a week.

Getting rid of dandruff doesn’t require you hundreds of dollars; it can be as easy and cheap as household materials and ingredients. You don’t even have to buy some of the stuff here if you have it in your house. Just remember that dandruff problems aren’t really normal but they aren’t that bad at all as well. Just treat it as soon as you determine that dandruff and flakes are all over your bed.
