Scientifically-Proven Lung-Cleansing Technique That Smokers Need To Try


Smoking is one habit that is done by many because “it eases the stress.” Although scientifically, this was never solid-proven, it’s still a dangerous habit that many people commit. With everything it has, it’s definitely a bad habit to break. However, the saying that “once you try, you can never stop,” does not apply to everyone. However if you regularly puff out smoke, you’ll unconsciously be addicted.

 

Although all of us are aware on what it can do to our bodies, we still continue the act. Cigarette smoking accounts to more than 480,000 deaths every year in the U.S. What’s shocking about this is 41,000 of those deaths are just from secondhand smoking. Moreover, almost 16 million Americans are suffering from diseases that smoking brings.


What makes it addicting?

We do know that tobacco is one major element of cigarettes; in line with that, nicotine is present. Nicotine is a substance that teleports to the brain. This substance is what promotes the feeling of ease and stress. In addition, nicotine can also elevate your mood and heart rate; faking our minds that we are in supreme feelings of happiness.

Smoking is known as the leading cause of d***h that is preventable

Earlier, we were able to discuss the statistics of Americans with regard to smoking. On a worldwide perspective, smoking causes 6 million deaths per year. As per current data, it’s revealing that tobacco use will cause more than 8 million deaths annually by 2030.

A single cigarette has over 4,000 chemicals in it; including 400 other toxins and 43 known c****r-causing (carcinogenic) compounds. It is said that smokers are 12 to 13 times more likely to die from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases (COPD) than non-smokers.

Unresponsiveness to symptoms and signs could lead to d***h

Obviously, ignoring subtle signs and symptoms is not in any way good. Signs like chronic coughing, taste differences, phlegm signs, etc. should be an alarm for you. Don’t wait for those signs to become chronic illnesses and diseases; if you feel them one time, action it right away.


What diseases are there that are connected to smoking?

There are at least 23-25 diseases linked to smoking. From simple gum bleeding to tuberculosis, it can really take a toll in one’s life. Moreover, smoking can also cause weaker bones, higher chances of developing diabetes and other indestructible diseases.

Women has higher chances of being impacted. Why? Because this can cause reduced fertility, miscarriage, birth defects, and lesser skin glow.

Can smokers have clean lungs?

This is a no-brainer. Definitely, if you continue smoking, your lungs will be as black as coal. If you want the darkness to be reduced, you would of course need to commit to quitting. There are hearsays that dictate how one’s lungs couldn’t be cleansed anymore, but that fortunately is incorrect.

Although getting back to clean lungs depend on how much a person have smoked, how extensive the damage was to the lungs, quitting and lung-cleansing can have substantial effects to the body. There are certain damages like emphysema and tuberculosis that are irreversible but maintenance is never an issue.

Even if that’s the case, a smoker cannot go back to his pre-smoking body health. Lungs heal itself over time, but again, if a smoker already developed COPD, it cannot heal completely.

Effective drink that can help clean out the lungs

So one question that gets asked a lot is how lungs can be cleansed. Although it could not be completely, this is one thing you can do to somehow ease the level of the harm.

A combination of garlic, turmeric, onions, stevia, a liter of water, and honey. Combining all of these in one single drink can be effective in feeling good about your lungs and somehow cleaning it.

How do you produce or execute this drink?

Bring the water to a boil and put sweeteners. C**p the gingers and onions and add it to the water mixture; let it simmer for a bit. Start adding the turmeric to the water but make sure to bring the heat down for it to have another simmer. Let it sit for a good 10 minutes. You will see that the liquid will start to get thick. If that’s the case, finish your alchemy and let your drink cool inside the fridge.

Take two (2) tablespoons of your mixture every day.

Although we need to remember that even if we have this drink in our arsenals, it still cannot cure diseases and illnesses that are already existent.

Smoking is something that is bad but people still consider them. We need to understand that it’s not a smoker’s fault to be addicted in the first place. Chemicals and toxins are present in the substance and that’s the reason why unconsciously, it becomes addictive.
