The most common location where we can see pimples. We thought they are just simple acne and we all go through with that right? But according to some studies, acne near the tops of our cheeks are actually linked to our respiratory system. If you work in the city, you might consider spending more money on skin cleansing products such as facial wash. Pimples on the lower part of the cheek may indicate poor dental hygiene, by the way. Things that come in contact to our face can also be the reasons why we always have pimples in these areas. Cellphones, dirty pillows, and unclean handkerchiefs are to blame.

Nose, Eyebrows, and Chin

Pimples around these areas are linked to gastrointestinal irritations. Eating less meat and more vegetables usually resolves this issue. There are more sebaceous glands (oil glands) located in these parts. Eating less fatty food can really help. Nose acne can indicate liver and kidney problems. It can signify highblood pressure or imbalances of the said internal organs. Chin pimples are being linked to irregular sleeping patterns, hormonal imbalances, and also, poor hygiene. We need to keep our hands off our chins even if we are thinking of ways on how to eliminate acne!

Back and Shoulder

Breakouts in these areas also mean hormonal imbalances. If there is a high level of corticosteroids in our bloodstreams, “steroid acne” can be observed, they usually appear on our back and shoulders. We can also develop acne in these areas if we don’t really take good care of our clothes and bedsheets.
